Shipping
We offer shipping within the United States and Canada for smaller made-to-order furniture pieces. Larger or custom commissions may require local delivery or customer pickup.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are dependent on the piece and will be provided at the time of order confirmation.
Please note that all pieces are handcrafted and made-to-order, so production times vary depending on the complexity of the project and material availability.
While we strive to meet estimated delivery dates, delays caused by carriers or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
Upon delivery, please inspect your order immediately. If you notice any damage or issues, report them to us within 48 hours for prompt assistance.
Returns and Cancellations
Due to the custom nature of our furniture, all sales are final.
Cancellations are only accepted before production begins and must be submitted in writing.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to find a suitable resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or other options depending on the situation.
