Shipping

  • We offer shipping within the United States and Canada for smaller made-to-order furniture pieces. Larger or custom commissions may require local delivery or customer pickup.

  • Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are dependent on the piece and will be provided at the time of order confirmation.

  • Please note that all pieces are handcrafted and made-to-order, so production times vary depending on the complexity of the project and material availability.

  • While we strive to meet estimated delivery dates, delays caused by carriers or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

  • Upon delivery, please inspect your order immediately. If you notice any damage or issues, report them to us within 48 hours for prompt assistance.

Returns and Cancellations

  • Due to the custom nature of our furniture, all sales are final.

  • Cancellations are only accepted before production begins and must be submitted in writing.

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to find a suitable resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or other options depending on the situation.
